Control valves

Control valves are among the few permanently operating valves in the water supply.
Often they must perform their function under the toughest conditions, such as constantly reducing pressure from 45 to 8 bar or controlling flow rates of 1,000 l/s.

Nothing in the world is as soft and pliable as water.
And yet it conquers the hard and strong.

Service Interval

Regular maintenance is required to ensure the functionality and long service life of the control valve.
The recommended maintenance interval is 24 months (also serves to maintain the quality guarantee), but depends on various factors.

If, for example, the tappet is blocked in its guides by deposits, the base valve can no longer perform its control function. Alluvial bodies can displace the strainer screen in the control circuit.
